Upcoming Classes in our office:

Childbirth Refresher Class This one day refresher course will cover positions for laboring, coping techniques, breastfeeding and calming a baby. This class is lead by Krista Escobar and Scarlett Lynsky of Head Over Heels Birth Education will be on Saturday, July 24th, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Childbirth Class Series This 6 week class will give you practical tools to help you as you go throught labor, childbirth, and the postpartum period. The next class series will be on Sundays, August 15-September 26 and is lead by Krista Escobar and Scarlett Lynsky of Head Over Heels Birth Education.
